By purchasing a membership, you authorize the South Carolina Hispanic & Latino Bar Association (SCHLBA) to automatically renew your membership at the end of each membership term and charge the payment method on file for the applicable membership dues then in effect, unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date. Memberships renew annually and will continue until canceled by the member. A renewal notice may be sent prior to the renewal date as a courtesy; however, failure to receive a notice does not relieve the member of responsibility for renewal charges. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time by logging into your member account or by contacting SCHLBA prior to your renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not result in a refund of any membership fees already paid, except as required by law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms and the Automatic Renewal Authorization.
