Estafany Figueroa is a first-generation Mexican-American attorney, military veteran, and founder of Figueroa Law, a bilingual law firm serving clients across South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas.
Raised in a hardworking immigrant family, she learned early the importance of perseverance, service, and creating opportunities for others. Her military service strengthened her commitment to leadership and community involvement. Although she never planned to become a law firm owner or lead a professional organization, she recognized a need for greater connection, mentorship, and representation among Hispanic legal professionals in South Carolina. Rather than waiting for someone else to create those opportunities, she helped build them.
As President and a Founding Member of the South Carolina Hispanic Latino Bar Association, Estafany is committed to promoting professional growth, strengthening the legal community, and helping create pathways for future generations. Her goal is to build an organization that opens doors, brings people together, and serves the community for years to come.
